New Location

As of July 2, 2025, Andrea RMT will be relocating to 410 7th Avenue South, in Cranbrook.

Parking Information

The studio is located around the back of main building with a few stairs leading up to back door. If driving, please enter from alleyway where there are 2 designated parking spots located directly right of the red garage.

Illness

If you have any possible symptoms of cold or flu, your session must be canceled.

If you are at all questioning any symptoms before your arrival, please try to cancel with as much notice as possible before your scheduled appointment time.

Payment

Currently I accept Credit Cards or E-Transfers as payment options. Direct billing to your insurance provider is available for clients so be sure to bring your ID cards if you wish to sign up.

Please be aware that I charge a standard no-show cancellation fee for the full amount of your invoice, for bookings cancelled without 24 hours notice, that do not relate to illness or personal emergency.

By confirming your booking, you agree and consent to your RMT the permission to charge your credit card for the full amount of your invoice, in the event that you have no-showed your booked appointment time without providing sufficient notice to the clinic via email, text or phone call.

Please understand that a missed appointment without notice creates a loss of income for your therapist and a missed opportunity for another client to take your place from our wait list.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is an umbrella term for many forms of manual therapy that address a multitude of health issues.
Manual therapy techniques can be used to rehabilitate or enhance physical function, to assist in the management of chronic conditions, to provide lasting relief of pain, or it can be utilized in the maintenance of a healthy, happy individual.

Andrea Sinhuber

Andrea Sinhuber, RMT She has completed her 3000-hour RMT diploma at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia and the Massage Therapy Association of BC. She is also an experienced Birth and Postpartum Doula. She holds an in-depth understanding of the emotional and physical transition associated with a pregnant woman’s body and the adjustment to motherhood.

“Throughout my practice as a doula, I became inquisitive about the body and its anatomy. I wanted to understand deeper why pain and dysfunction can linger within the body’s complex structures and how to help support my clients while they heal. These questions lead me to a career as an RMT. I have a particular interest in helping to restore and release tissues for optimal mobility and overall better health. Techniques, in particular, Biodynamic Fascial Integration, manual therapy involving - osteopathic techniques, fascial mobilization, craniosacral therapy, and visceral manipulation have had the most significant outcome with my clients.

When I’m not working hard to help others, I spend time with my family, cooking, cycling and hiking in the mountains.

I look forward to serving the East Kootenays Tuesdays - Fridays.”
